Spurs fans woke up early this morning to the news that former Spur Kawhi Leonard released a thank you letter to the Spurs, his teammates and the fans. While the normally silent Kawhi Leonard has not said much of anything to the local media going back to last season in which he only played nine games all season. This will probably be the last time Kawhi Leonard will say anything about the Spurs since being traded to the Toronto Raptors on July 19th.

While the majority of Spurs fans will no doubt still feel that Kawhi Leonard did quit on the team, they can at least take solace that a delayed thank you letter is better than nothing. What do you make of this Spurs fans? Does this thank you letter change your opinion about Kawhi Leonard? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment on this blog post or hitting us up on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
